Would this PSU be enough for this build?

I used the calculator and it said it would be, but I wanted to make sure.

Thermaltake TR2 W0070 430W powering a MSI K9NU NEO-V with a 3200+ oced to 2.7, with OCZ GX XTC PC2-5400 2X512MB and a 7600GT (haven't decided which exactly). Then there would be the HDD and opticals listed below.

That'd be more than enough right?

Yeah, should be fine. Presume it's the $30 one here:

The 430W rating is very heavy on the +5v line, but still has over 200W on the 12v rail which should be fine for the rig you'll be running.

Yes that PSU will be just fine for your current SETUP.
