As long as its not controlled by a temperature sensor, your good. Very nice fans.

I wouldn't for the simple reason of warrenty. They don't cool much better, like 2-3C, and their warrenty isnt as good. I mean how can you beat, if the watercooling system leaks on your stuff, and it wasn't caused by you, we will replace everything that was killed.

H220 is usually far (yeah, debatable) better than the h100i in terms of performance, but he can't go wrong with an h100i, and it'll look better in his system.
He already talked about Noctua fans as well if I remember right.
Just a bit of 2cents.gif here, but I'm personally really glad Swiftech made the H220. A company well-known for full custom loop WC parts cornering the market on AIOs makes me happy/amuses me.

Really? I was of the impression that the h220 warranty was pretty good. I'll have to go look at that later...

Of course Corsair's warranties are usually extremely helpful/extensive. They're fantastic as a company in that aspect.

The H220 is pretty good indeed and it allows future expansion and water cooling possibilities does not, it's just a tad bigger, the stock fan make a little buzzing noise depending of the batch but it's overall an extremely good machine, I recommend it myself over the H100i, so you're asking yourself why in this case I would take the H100i over the 220. Well, it's quite simple really : stock availability first, look and mostly the warranty, I rather take the H100i now, stick with it for one to two years then do my own WC with a xtpc kit for example. I'm ordering from Canada right now as its easier, hence the stock availability problem.

It is out of stock pretty much everywhere, it doesn't in this case look as good as the h100i, the h100i's warranty does look more reliable, and if you're making a full loop later you're gonna want a real pump anyway.

I appreciate that you always do your research.

If only the GTX 770 FTW+ 4GB was already in stock -_-
I've got the 1400 I need for my order right in my account (and even some extra, such nice clients) !
I decided to order everything from NCIX afterall, their 4.99 shipping promo for the whole thing is quite interesting comparing to newegg.
Plus, they price match biggrin.gif
