IN WIN "Frames" Thread - Page 30

With everything else being equal, push pull will give you better temps across the board, but I think it ultimately depends on your build, budget and tolerance for noise. In pull alone, I'm getting 23-24C idle and 50-55C per core under load on my OC'd CPU, and my GPUs max out in the high 40s. My Noctuas usually sit in the 1100rpm range (very quiet) and max out at 1400rpm (slight noise). I was perfectly ready to go push/pull if my temps were not good, but after reviewing my results, I just didn't see the need for the extra cost and noise.

Thanks,

when i read this my choices were comforted :

– Push/Pull is quieter for the same performance

– Push/Pull performs better for the same fan speed

– Push/Pull can perform just as well in the same total space (in tight spaces though you will still be limited to push only)

– Push/Pull can (but not always) perform better for less $$$

If you are currently running one set of fans then you will get real value by adding some more. If you’re building a system then it’s worth making push/pull work even if it means getting a slimmer radiator.

Yes, it's a limited edition. It will likely be less than 500 pieces globally.

Sigh was gonna buy another heady rig and headphone AMP this week with a few shoes...
Looks like I'll have to hold off and go straight for this instead.

Thanks for making a product that I MUST have!

Ok @Rei86,

The X-Frame 2.0 can now be purchased on our eStore. There is a red, green and blue/white variants. Only the red one will have a commemorating placard though. Let us know if you have any more questions. smile.gif
