Turbo display

Thread Starter
I have an old LCD display that showed if the computer was in turbo or not (lo,hi). I have go to use this for my rig!!!! I was thinking something like ambient temps in the case or something like that. I have posted pics of it, it has a bunch of jumpers on the back of it and I was hoping I could wire it up to do what I want. It has 3 rows, but the first only goes to 1.

if i'm not mistaken you can buy little LCD for a $ or 5/10 and they are easier to use then the one you have (even in blue display, red, numbers, words, etc)

just think this display is a bit old..... and look at all those jumpers !

I guess I could buy my own LCD display, but I will see if anyone has any ideas with this one. Yeah I think there is a good bit of jumpers on it too

Little lcds with temp sensors are under $10 and come either blue or red backlit, i'd go that route

Also, My case came with a temp lcd and I ripped it out, got annoying really..replaced the spot with plexi so you can sneak a peek inside the case!

Alright, so it looks like it would be hard to get that lcd displaying the temps. Eddie, what are you doing to get 10ghz on your folding rig?

Ahhh, the ultimate Computer nerds bedroom . I have been thinking about joining the folding team, I need to read that sticky a little better. Do you guys really like it that much? I might put together an old rig for folding! What a great x-mas project.
