Yes Most areGrounding pins mate. Generally i would test the CPU at stock using PRim95 and give it some good stressing.

yeah screw getting a layout. most pins on the s939 procs are grounding pins. best way to test is by just putting it in under stock speeds and running orthos for a few hours. THEN overclock it just 300-400 MHz and do the same thing. if you're going good, then give it hell.
