I hope 770 comes with 4GB also.....and a 5% increase in performance is just from higher clocks?......if I remember correctly, 400 to 500 refresh was slightly more than just a cooler replacement rolleyes.gif

lol they say prices will be lower than current gen, performance is improving, probably also more energy efficient.

You're not making any sense. And prices will stay this way if everyone buys them. You want Nvidia to do something? Go out and buy an AMD card (which already is a lot cheaper).

If the 780 has enough of a performance improvement on the 7970 (17 month old) and at a acceptable price I'll switch over if not I'll stick with the 7970 until 8000/9000 series. Alternatively Maxwell.

Any information on voltage control? Will these new cards be locked just like the 600 series was. If the gtx 770 is based off of the gk104 then I'm going to guess yes? If the gtx 780 is supposedly a dumbed down titan then would it share the same features?

I don't believe 770 will be cheaper then 680 if performs better. Not nVidia's style. Probably 680's price will drop till the launch.

Also there is no way Titan LE, aka 780, would cost 600 or less. But 650$ would be an awesome deal compared to Titan, sadly.

I would go out and buy a GTX 760 Ti or a GTX 770 if it had everything already mentioned and 3GB of VRAM, Nvidia needs to realize that 2GB is starting to get obsolete, it's not going to cost them much more to stick in some more VRAM.
