Suggest a Game that you love but most of us most likely don't play or haven't heard of - Page 8

There's this great game called Overgrowth. It's basically ninja rabbits fighting. (It's better than it sounds >.>)
It's in early alpha right now but you can pre-order it and play it right away, you also get access and play every new alpha version that comes out.
It's a really fun game and it has one of the best fighting mechanics I've seen in a long time. I definitely recommend it.

It's an indie title but it deserves the attention. One of the things that make me like the game and its developers so much, is that they created their own engine all by themselves.
Oh, and did I mention it's being made by two guys?

This game looks fantastic. I've been quite jaded lately with video games and haven't bought a single title in over a year, and have pretty much sworn off pre-orders and paid alpha/betas, but this, this might just be worthy of an exception.

EDIT: I'm really hoping someone makes a jedi knight mod for this. Just toss in a couple lightsabers and force powers into this engine and ... oh jeez, I need new pants.

Hero of newerth

Been playing this game for 2 years and never gets old. This game has improved over the years. It is very fun, action-packed and one of the few games that makes my palm sweat while playing. There is quite a steep learning curve at first, but the dev created bot mode and other game modes to ease out the curve. High alert to anyone that can't stand internet trolling or internet rage to not play this game at all.

+1 this. Very intriguing game with a lot of blood and gore.

Highly recommend Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. Its like a Civilization game, but you start with 21st century tech and on another planet. I like it better than the Civilization games due to the unit customization, and that you can build cities on water. Also the technology is pretty open ended, and you can sorta take a nature approach and compete with the technology approach. You can create mind worms or locusts and use them as weapons, and they're actually quite powerful, and you can actually use those to beat the AI's much higher tech units.

Kingdom of Amalur: The Reckoning

I have never been into RPGs but I played the demo for free and got hooked.
