Installed the latest beta driver 320.14. Every other game (Crysis3) can get 60fps. On a 1440 monitor and am using PrecisionX to monitor FPS.
Games seems to play fine just low frame rate.
Any ideas?

Also...Where do I find the Last Light benchmark tool?

Hmmm, do you have VSYNC on? Try turning that off if you do, or force Adaptive VSYNC on NV control panel.

This happened to me playing Batman AC, and Adaptive VSYNC fixed it.

Im getting bad performance on my 7970

Sometimes it drops to 20fps and tweaking the settings does not help

There are also shadows flickering on all AMD cards.

The game is very bad GPU optimized, usually I get 75C temperature on my card with demanding games when its using 100%, this game runs at 60C which shows that it is not optimized very well and it is not using the card to its full potential.

hopefully they will update it soon because the game is amazing, sad that Deep sliver had to screw it up with the DLC's and Polishing. I wish that THQ finished it

My other specs are
I5 2500k 4.5OC and 8GB Ram

It´s NVIDIA sponsored, so you probably will have to wait for better AMD drivers to get a good performance. Just like NVIDIA GPUs had to wait for better drivers to play Tomb Raider. Anyway, switching PHYSX OFF helps?

Sadly, this looks like a new trend.

PHYSX does not help I have it turned off

I tried running the game in DX9 and the performance is much better but its unplayable as it freezes every now and then for a second when in DX9

That´s a real bummer. I´d just wait for better AMD drivers if I were you.

Well, I'm done:

Took about 9 hours 15 minutes. I guess I'll write my review now; as I normally do after beating a game in one go....

Decent length considering now most fps don't last longer than 4 hours, I think my record is home-front took me 2.7 hours to beat

Did you explore?

biggrin.gif I pretty much did the same with Metro 2033, after I got out of the station and was outside with Burbon, I just could not put the game down.
