And don't forget that you have military ammunition, if you run low!

They do? The large ones still attacked me at least once even though I had the light on'em. Nevermind having more than one trying to get at you from different directions.

I only ever played 2033 on hard mode (not ranger) while spiders can be killed with light, it takes ALLOT of it on hard mode. I would recommend a few bullets in the belly.

Have to charge your light to max to make the spiders back off quickly.

To preform a benchmark on Metro: Last Light, run the file MetroLLbenchmark.exe located in your "..\Steam\SteamApps\common\Metro Last Light\"

The only one I would stay away from would be the tower pack - as it contains no single player missions which is Metro's strong point.

Faction pack has a ranger mission which is amazing, and the sniper mission is short but decent.

Developer pack is good, read my review above.

Chronicles pack will be awesome - is supposed to come out any day now. It has 3 all new single player missions. biggrin.gif

EDIT: Chronicles pack just dropped on sTEAM today!

Edit #2: I wasn't saying 4A isn't capable of doing a action shooter by not recommending the tower pack, it just wasn't a good fit. There's rumors that 4A is doing a stand-alone Metro MP game, which I think would be awesome. The engine has great hitbox size, runs smooth, looks amazing, and I would love a MP Metro game that was objective based. just wanted to clarify...
