EVGA 8800 GTX Question

Thread Starter
Is the new EVGA Nvidia 8800 GTX compatible with the Asus A8N32-sli-deluxe motherboard? Also will it be able to run in SLI mode with this board?

Yes, and yes.

You can run 2 in SLI if you have a powerful enough PSU. Yours is *hardly* powerful enough, but it would work.

Iam willing to bet you would have a better 3dmark06 score with just one card.I would try one first then debate if your prcessor can handle 2.

Your powersupply cannot handle SLI G80's 850Watts. Also, you would need a Core 2 Extreme to justify SLI 8800GTX's.

Yes that Card will be fine for all Motherboards with a PCI-E slot. Yes that Motherboard can SLI 2 x 8800's. However prepare to buy another PSU for that.
