I remember them saying you could buy both.

From what I've read so far, you can buy ONE of EACH. So yeah you can buy BOTH but only once.

Which makes sense, profiteering and all that.

I understand no selling these, but is gifting these fall into the same category?

I'm not quite sure.

I can definitely use them to build systems though. I don't really see the harm in it really, so long as you're actually using them right?

No you can gift. As long as you aren't reselling to make personal profit then you're fine

Sweet, now I'm confident enough to have my buddy hook me up with a 3770k since that's the only thing within my budget. I'm also applying to the Best Buy he works at, says there's some spots available and I'm hoping for the best to come!

EDIT: Most likely there's a taxation on these deal right?

I'd like to know that too.

Edit: How do you actually apply for this? Just register through their website?

Yeah...I'm supposed to have this "Dell ID"?

I guess I'll have to talk to my boss about that.

There's no online account management for you? When I worked at an Inventory Counting job, they had a like a website for employees and usually the username is the ID or once you sign in, you can view your ID when you click some kind of profile management. Just my two cent.
