But the 3770k is a VERY good value at it's price and a lot of folks don't really need the power, I certainly don't as LoL will the same with my old 2500k and 7970 than with my 3930k and Titan . tongue.gif

I kid kid, GW2 runs actually a lot better and TR/Bioshock/FC3:BD run VERY nicely with the Titan. thumb.gif
intel messed my plans up. I was planninh to upgrade when haswell drops but haswell shows failing numbers and ppl aare holding on to their ivy's.

My phenom ii x4 actually does the job for me.. I've just hit a memory limit with my mother board and I thought this would be the petfect time to upgrade to Ivy. Butsince the Ivy owners aren't selling and sandy is close in performance I'm thinking of switching to sandy. ...

I also never received an email from Intel saying it shipped.

Nope. As it turns out, my dad tried to be a nice guy and ship me some thermal paste haha. He had no idea I had already ordered some. False alarm. Back to playing the waiting game.

It was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, which means UPS handles the shipping from Intel's warehouse all the way to your local distribution hub. From there, USPS takes over and delivers for the last mile. I actually prefer this method because USPS is always consistent with delivery time windows whereas UPS can deliver anytime from 11am to 8:30pm.

Ah, thanks for that clarification. It didn't end up being the proc anyway, but now I have an idea of what to look for.

UPS also does not like to hide packages on your doorstep. The left my 46 inch bravia just sitting there on the porch like nothing. There was another time they tried to hide a huge package by putting it under the mat. The package was 2'x3'.
