I can post the specs here of what I will buy and you can give me some positve/negative criticism and maybe tell me what kind of gpu I should get?

then dont bother

unless this is top of the line hot running stuff, or you are OC it alot, gpu coolers tend to be fairly good.

I don't agree. 1866 CAS 10 is always better than 1600 CAS 9 for any platform

Like I said, when the ratio is the same. It's a simple calculation. Timing/Freq. The lower the number the better.

10/1866 = .00536

9/1600 = .00563

1600 Cas 8 would be faster than 1866 Cas 10.

8/1600 = .005

So something ridiculous like 20/3000 = .00667 would be slower than 1600 Cas 9 even if the freq is much higher. All about ratios.

That why Samsung Low Voltage is so boss. Went on sale for $30 a pair. And I get to OC it to 9-10-10-28-1T 1.5V @2133mhz. The equivalent "high performance" ram cost $60+ and still had to run at 1.65V.

Could probably do even higher freqs but I was running Sandy Bridge...
