(I mean just the tower itself, not the keyboard, mouse, display, etc, had that stuff laying around, but i'm going to be replacing the cooler soon.

yea those scores look accurate, if you want a higher disk score you need an SSD with good write speeds..Other than that you are fine..

I don't really plan on getting an SSD until they're dirt cheap. I might do a RAID which will speed things up, but for now, 3GB/s is perfectly fine.

I'm honestly surprised you got such a high score on the video card. However, SSD drives are going down in price. I looked up a good one for you.

Dont waste your time with RAID. You will not get nearly the same performance as a SSD.

Thanks for the recommendation, but i'm a bit tight on money right now (I'm only 16), so I'm saving all my money towards a better gpu
