I have a FC4, mainly for the added wattage per channel, and daisy chained the fans on the radiator, and have 3 of the channels populated-1 for my bot rad, 1 for my top rad, and 1 for my case fans. I'll generally leave the case fans one alone, but I adjust the top radiator mainly, as thats the only one with noisy fans (I have gentle typhoon ap-15's on all my rads except the top, where I got some 3k rpm Deltas that can cut my fingers off, in pull and GT's underneath them in push). I like the simplicity of the solution, as I know how much heat my system generates at any given time more or less, so I just adjust the fan speeds accordingly. It's cheaper, and I personally wouldnt trust an automated sensor to adjust the speeds of 12 fans simultaneously.
