I own the Zalman 5.1 headphones and they are really nice.

Sound has been great out of them. Mine are a bit heavy, I don't know if they changed it's look since I got mine (2 or 3 years ago?). But it completely covers your ears and has a very long cord.

The only thing that sucks is no microphone. If voice chat is a part of your gaming, then unless you have a good mic, these won't work for ya.

Unfortunetly, I've never experience 5.1 (or 6.1, 7.1) from speakers, so I have nothing to compare it to besides normal 2 speakers (or 2.1).
