He did mention that you get the actually steppign on the IHS but i heard the E4 (earlier revision) are meant to be better than the E6. But yea, i know were your coming from

my files have corrupted twice now.
and it has only happened when i have put the bus above 225, if i put it above 225 it first says invalid boot disk, and if im lucky i can restart and set it back, but twice now it has corrupted files, one was boot.ini and i cant remember the other

Isnt there a jumper on your board so that you can reset it?

Then you dont have to do a full re install every time.

That could be a bit of a pain

i cant still get into the bios to reset it, it is just when it comes to loading the OS i get the prob :S

you are giving your memory some fits. loosen your timings, jack up your voltage a little bit and play around w/ it. also check and make sure your BIOS us updated.

When its a loading OS problem its because you have hit a wall somewere.

Like mudd said, update your BIOS but check stability on the maximum OC you can post with. If it isnt stable, that is why it isnt loading. Test both your cpu and RAM for stability.

Use prime95 for stability testing.
