Also, the my HK ration on my m98b on bf3 is over 93%, kthx.
Because you hack! Just kidding but yea it all about muscle memory its possible to play on almost any dpi if the mouse tracks well on it and your used to the in game sensitivity

For anybody that buys this thing, I have a black cloth pad, a Steelseries 4hd, a double sided rocketfish, and a couple other mouse pads laying around. The 4hd feels by far the best for this mouse. It doesn't glide worth a damn on any of the other ones for some reason. The 4hd is perfectly smooth though.

Some surfaces also give me a slight negative acceleration feeling, but the 4hd feels right at 1:1 with this mouse.

Is the 4HD a "speed" or "control" mat? I use a Razer Mantis Speed (Yes i got it very cheap ... like 2 bucks)
It's a speed mat isn't it?

4hd is a speed pad, yea, but not anywhere close to the fastest ones I've used. Some pads have very deep pits in the texture that makes the mouse glide really fast, the 4hd pits are very shallow, so the mouse doesn't fly off the table if you breathe on it. I actually prefer pads with deeper pits in the surface myself.

I just noticed the Avago 3050 seems to support 1000hz. Found a mouse on Amazon with a 3050 that has 1000hz polling rate by default:

http://www.amazon.com/Driver-Update-Perixx-MX-1000-Programmable-Pc/dp/B008YFYMAM

Has anyone tried this on the G100s yet? I hate modifying Windows system files to do it, but I might have to try. I wonder if there will be any issues with this mouse doing so.

Yes, the 3050 is capable of 1000 Hz, I have a Roccat Lua which uses it. Works pretty good, but not on the same level as a 3090.

Im so sad that the G100s is not up to par.

And its very expensive here in sweden, its the same price as a Roccat Savu etc. So dont feel the need to waste money just to try it out and binge it at once.

The shape is for me the best shape out of all mice I ever tried (The G1,mx300)

My hand hurts from just about any other mice thats not ambidex and low profile.

Just tried forcing 1000hz with HIDUSBF, the g100s does not show up on the list of options to force polling rates, so you can't alter it with that program. Wonder if there's another way.

If i remember right, it was only possible to change rate to 250 hz with HIDUSB , not 1000 hz, with the old G100.

That's not the problem. The mouse does not show up on the list at all for you to alter in any way. The controller isn't recognized by the program.
