Does this happen in multiple games, or is it isolated to farcry?

With Far Cry 3 it goes much beyond the "stopped working" windows pop-up, but generally, other games that I play seem to only get the "stopped working" pop-up which causes the game to crash.

I've tried several drivers and none of them solve my issues.

As of right now, I'm using 314.21 since I thought these drivers would resolve the Far Cry 3 graphics glitch, but it hasn't.

Even on everything at Low settings, I still get the graphics glitch.

Ok enter a GPU Overclocking program and add some volts to the card.

I just added +50 volts to my GPU and after about 15 minutes of gameplay I started seeing the graphics glitch again.

This is exactly what I'm seeing:

I'm seriously starting to call out a faulty GPU now.

If you read my first post then you would know that there are absolutely no traces of the old AMD drivers.
