Hi all! I need help finding a nice laptop that will run league flawlessly. I have been focusing a good bit on the AMD APU laptops, and I really need some help finding the best bang for my buck.

(the reason I need a laptop is because i'm quite mobile now days, I just sold my desktop and am on the hunt biggrin.gif )

My i7 3630QM integrated graphics played it at 1600x900 Low settings at 60 fps. So honestly. You don't need a dGPU at all, and you could still stick with intel.

Don't really want to play it on low, why settle for the cheaper graphics option when the amd has much better functionality when it comes to games?

I'll Revise the terms of my laptop hunt.

no intel

I am looking at AMD laptops, I just need to figure out which brand/model, and which apu would be best suited.

Intels integrated graphics aren't on par with the amd apu's and an intel laptop with a discrete gpu would be pricey

Not looking for top of the line, performance per core here. I'm looking for a laptop that will play league well and that's really the only criteria. I know max isn't going to be played comfortably, but, medium to high settings wouldn't be too much to ask for as it isn't such a graphically demanding game.

Not really pricey. Just 30 more than you want to spend:

Not trying to preach, but you are going to find better battery life out of an Intel processor. You are in fact correct in saying that AMD has better graphics.

Not really worried about battery life, I will have the laptop plugged in 90% of the time. Didn't have room for my desktop and sliding a laptop onto a desk would be much more space efficient .
