Titan's are just overpriced for what they're.

Not worth it. A 7970 or a 680 or even a 670 will suffice. They even have the HD mods in that review.

Heck a GTX660 has a MINIMUM of 60fps. Anything higher you probably won't notice, unless you're using an absurb amount of mods

That's not really true. You might not run out of VRAM, but you'll get performance issues pretty quick. A 660Ti is pretty similar to the 580 in horsepower, and I have frame drops in Skyrim pretty frequently with my overclocked 580, without even hitting the VRAM limit, and CPU usage getting nowhere near maxed out.

The Titan is overpriced, sure, but it is hands down the most powerful single-GPU (that is a benefit, in my mind) card out there, and likely will be for at least the next generation.

I could afford a 680 right now, but I'd personally rather stick with my 580 and wait until I can afford a Titan.

TBH, that Skyrim review says they have the high texture DLC, which every Skyrim modder know looks like complete crap compared to the goodies out there. tongue.gif I am not as concerned about performance as much as performance AND available memory on a single card. I use a mATX board in a fairly small tower. I do not have the space for a multicard setup. To run all the mods I need, I will need at least 3GB of VRAM. For a single card solution, that makes things a bit limited. I can choose from a handful of cards at this point. Then I have to see if I want ATI or Nvidia and while I know ATI gives better bang for buck, Nvidia seems to have better game compatibility for a lot of the games I play. Plus there is PhysX if it is actually more than a gimmick in the game. That leaves me with really only the GTX 680 FTW or Titan.
