No response for RMA receipt...now what?

I have bought a gpu second hand, and I have asked the seller several times now for the original receipt so that I can send the gpu, which is artifacting as I type, off for replacement. But ive have no reply from the seller...now what do i do? Just cut my losses, bin the graphics card and buy a new one? (Which I cant really afford)

I have had this card for ages, it was not sold faulty it was sold in perfect working condition, its just starting artifact recently due to being quite an old card.

No, it was not sold as faulty. I need to edit that opening post to make that clear. It was sold working fine, but ive had it that long its starting to show its age. So i contacted manufacturer for rma but they say you need original receipt, which I dont have.
