But is his first mouse which is .5mm lower the one with the flaw? Or is it the new one which is .5mm higher? teaching.gif

White box usually denotes an OEM product. Meaning a product that is intended to come as a package with a computer and not to be sold stand alone.

If the mouse works flawlessly, who really cares? If it bothers you, return it...

Now if, like what happened to me, you ordered a black product and it showed up white, THAT would be more of a problem.

Stop being a moron. People come here to get help not to be mocked. If you don't have the answers he was looking for then don't post, how hard is that?

How didnt I answer. I said, and I quote, "If the mouse works flawlessly, who really cares? If it bothers you, return it... ", granted that was before I found out he ripped the box. Now they probably wont take it back... frown.gif

True, so let's help him then. If in doubt RMA or return if possible. Where did you order the AM? If it's a bootleg than it cannot come from a legit source. If you can return, than buy from a known legit retailer.

Why not post pictures of both, the box and the flaws on the mouse? So we can see what's the deal.

Yeah i just googled and my AM box looks like the FK box, only it says AM and has the AM specs on it.

Really seems they just changed the box. If you're still suspicious about things, drop them a mail asking if that's okay?

If the mouse button 2 does bother you than just RMA.

Your mouse is legit. The new box color scheme seems to be white, both my AM-GS and FK both came in white boxes. They just changed the style recently.

The lip on mouse2 is slightly 0.5-1.0mm higher than mouse2. Not perfectly even like in pictures. Ive never even seen cheap $10 mouse with that problem.

The worst part is, the white box got torn when i was trying to get the mouse out, would that effect my RMA?

Usually in an RMA you don't need to send the box (at least in my experience so far). I usually just use some small package for the mouse from the post office and basically cut the price of postage in half lol.
