i may have posted this before, but im not sure which temps are which, can you guys help me out

i think

temp 1 - cpu
core - core
remote - gfx card
hdd - hd0
local - case temp

but im not sure bout temp 2 & 3

Sorry, I have no idea except speculation. But, if it makes you feel better my CPU HSF is spinng at 29000 rpm, and my Aux is @ 125C.

Speedfan is wacky that way.

well, temp 3 is suppose to be your gfx card, i have that error as well

I have found Most commonly temp 2 or Core is likely to be the CPU. Temp 1 Usually the Chipset.

Local = Graphic card ambient
Remote = Graphic card core
Temp1 = CPU or chipset
Temp2 = CPU or chipset
Temp3 = Random reading
HD0 = Hard drive
Core = Internel CPU reading

It depends on the mobo detector. What I had to do was get a temp gauge out and measure manually, and then recognize which was which in speedfan.

To find the graphics card temp look in the nVidia control panel (I noticed you had nVidia) and the temp is in there somewhere.
