Custom case material?

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out which case to buy for my new WC setup, its been a few years since I WC'd and looking at the market there are 2109483024 more companies producing parts, back when I did it we basically had DD and Swiftech only. But times have changed and I want to come back.

So the best case I have found so far looks like the Parvum systems case, which is expensive as hell, and honestly I could have it manufactured here for half the price most likely (I'm in the US).

So my question is, what material would be best for a custom case? I work 5AM-9PM M-F so my time is limited, and I also don't have many metal working tools (although I have the skills). I've got a table saw and welders etc etc but no lathe or good metal saws. I was thinking acryllic as it seems to be what lots of companies use. Would using like thin plywood and wrapping it with aluminum sheets be good (I know it would make for a very quiet case lol) heat wise or is that a terrible plan?

Basically my layout will be something like this:

A bottom section with one intake fan on the front
A 360 rad on the left and right side with all intake fans
The psu would be in the back, between the two rads.
Flank the PSU with 2 120 fans exhausting (obviously different fans than the intakes to push more air) or use 4-6 80mm fans doing the same
All of that would be as compact as possible, the idea of adding an extra intake in the front would be to create a wind tunnel effect to channel the rad air out the back, the tubing for both rads would be coming out towards the front of the case, ideally the bottom section would be no taller than the radiators.
The top section of the case would have an MATX mobo sitting flat on top of a small (2" tall maybe) shelf, like in the parvum case, to hide cables. Mobo would be in the back obviously, and a res and a pump would be mounted in the front. HDDS would probably be mounted in the top front, and there would be no drive bays. Ideally the top section of the case would be slightly taller than the video card in its pcie slot.

Does anyone know of a case like this? The parvum is both expensive and a little roomier than I need, I have no problem making my own I just don't know about the materials.
