((((((( We have forwarded this to our product manager and they will fix this issue for the new ones that will be manufactured. We can sent you this new front panel when they are available but this will take some time.

You can try to fix this by yourself to mod the front panel and cut off these plastic clips

We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Therefore we would like to offer you some fans or a mousepad free of charge.

Can you not go back to the store for a refund? Where and when did you have bought this HAF XB?

Again we are really sorry for any inconvenience.

Kind regards,

Michiel Bos

I don't really see what you are trying to achieve with this post, or your comment within the club...

All the other HAF-XB owners have modded the case without a problem, as it really doesn't affect the case in any negative way.

1. I don't like being addressed as "Yorky" as you are making it sound offensive.
2. I haven't purchased a defunct case as, quite frankly, it fulfils my needs
3. If it really means that much why don't you return the case to Cooler Master (Who I think did a wonderful job designing this case) and buy a different case.

Have a nice day.

There was no need to address me by relation to the place I reside, regardless if your friends call you by it.

I don't understand why it bothers you so much, the thinnest strip of plastic which can be easily broke off with your fingers is all that it takes.
