Did anyone have this bug yet on Windows 8?

Thread Starter
I'm actually surprised I haven't seen mention of this anywhere, I've tried googling it to see if it came up with something and I found absolutely nothing. So either I have a faulty install (which I don't think since everything else works fine), or it's just that no reported it yet.

Basically, what happens is that I notice sometimes that I need to double click the X on maximized programs to close them, as opposed to what would normally be a single click.
I also happened to notice that when this bug pops up, I can't do the gesture from the top right corner to open up the Charms bar (but if I do the gesture from the bottom right corner it works).

The only way that I know as of now to get it working normal again is to reboot the computer, and I'm not sure what triggers this bug, I haven't found any pattern or anything that could trigger it yet. Just to make it clear, this bug doesn't happen right from the moment the PC boots up, it happens randomly while running.

So, does anyone know of anything?
