I was thinking about hinges. It seams like really long thumb screws would be easier and look better though so I don't have anything sticking way out on the back.

Just a tad curious... what's the hardware that you are going to put inside this beauty?

You could still hinge that entire back panel and then just use the hidden hinges like they use on some kitchen cabinets. The hinges would be inside the case..just a thought..you are making me want to do this now!;-)

Update time smile.gif

I got the I/O cut out and the cable management holes started.

The fan is to hold the GPU up as I dont have a screw in the back yet. Those big blue heatsinks on the motherboard are going to be replaced with some universal koolance ones. I need to get a gpu waterblock to. Im thinking the nickel plexi one from ek smile.gif Im also going to make some of those holes square. I didn't have time today to do it. Those are just the holes drilled to start the jigsaw tongue.gif

I got all the cable management finished along with the I/O smile.gif I will most likely need to cut a few more holes for a fan controller, tubing, etc.

Sorry it took me so long to update... I have been completely overloaded on homework. School ends next week though so I will be working on this thing much much more wheee.gif

Edit: I also ordered a 480 rad and a res to test fit and start cutting out holes biggrin.gif

The back panel is such a tight fit after sanding and everything, I wont need anything to hold it in. It will just hold itself in expecially after paint smile.gif
