Go for the Senns... i'd personally recommend getting a really good soundcard, even the most mediocre headphones will sound amazing with the right soundcard. Personally i'll be getting a pair of HD55's

The soundcard is onboard...

I've used those zalmans off and on for over a year.
Paid $50 back then, there fun. They do a pretty fair job of simulating 5.1 Example...halo p.c......warthogs couldnt sneak up behind me and run me over anymore in blood gultch....i heard them coming from any direction and could turn around fast enough to move or kill!
5.1=advantage!
But i warn you....there cheaply made!
And the sound quality is average or below and thats with an audigy 2 zs.

But since im a home theater and stereo freak?
Buy the Senns. They will deliver much better sound quality.
