Thoughts about that? I think this is a nice CPU, good to overclock. Sure I'll buy an aftermarket cooler in a few days. But just wanted to see your thoughts on that overclock.

Nice voltage on that overclock bro?

I mean, I am lucky because it's gets better overclocked than average 3570k? Or it's pretty average?
Are you sure that is the correct voltage?

Then is a platinum batch drool.gif only buy a good aftermarket cooler and put that i5 to 5Ghz with 1.3 biggrin.gif

Yup, and 0.975v for 4.2GHz. I did a prime95 stability test too and I can confidently say it's stable. I have an image but I don't know how I can prove you that it's stable with that clock speed and that voltage:

Now it runs 4.2GHz and 0.975v because my CPU is cooler that way.

Wow dude, you are a winner biggrin.gif

First you need to buy a new cooler, when you have it try passing prime during 1-2 hours and scale depending of the temps and vcore.

Hmm nice if this is true, but I am a little skeptical. How long did you run prime for? I usually run it overnight around 12 hours or so. I think 1-2 hours in prime is too short.

For now, just stock cooler. But I have just ordered Zalman CNPS11X Performa. However I might consider a water cooling sytem in the future.
