is this possible?? if so, I need to do this.. My servers are home hosted and they are loud enough to make my ears bleed.

It's possible

Run a passive cooler and no fans. Also fanless PSU would help. SSD is also preferred.

there is not enough room inside of my servers for a passive cooler, but its a good concept

Which sockets? I'm sure there's a cooler for them out there somewhere.

imo the best thing to do is probably try to get them into 4u servers so you can run 120mm fans and taller coolers.

the smaller cases use the smaller fans that spin higher rpms to move the same amount of air.

heck, im considering selling the cases and buying a bunch of eatx desktop cases. Also, wouldnt you need a way to cool the RAM and hard drives?? i dont think only cooling the cpu will cut it
