Safe daily temps

Hello guys.

Recently i purchased the Sapphire 7870 XT /w Boost and i found out that it throttles when under 100% Load from 975mhz to 925mhz.

They say its normal to make those throttles but i believe i loose some fps when gaming as i want max performance.
So what i did is downloaded AfterBurner and Disabled the ULPS also without PowerPlay Support , power Limit to +0% and i did a slightly overclock 1110mhz on core and i didnt touched the mem its 1500mhz, finaly my card doesnt throttle at all, not in games and not in benchmarks, but it also disabled the vga to drop the frequency and its always runs at max speeds and so i get affected by the temps of 50c on core and 50c on mem , i understand that this is casued by disabling the PowerPlay support, so the card runs always at max speed and so the temp is get affected by it.

I did this is cuz i havent found any other way to disable throttle apart to increase the power limit from ab or catalyst, but i definetly dont want to add extra power to the card cuz its increasing the temps i believe.

So i want to know if these temps are ok for daily use, i believe for the memory is rly fine cuz anything under 100c as oposed by the manufacters is fine and ok, but my gpu in idle it was 30-35 now its 50c does those 15c gona harm my or kill my vga in daily basis?

Or maybe you have suggestions to disable throttling with some other way , i even tried to change the registry values in the ULPS reg key but i didnt saw any difference, im using cata drivers 13.4 with CAP 1 profile.

Thanks in advance.

*edit* forgot to mention im using 030 Bios on VGA.

Although idle temps is not something to worry about, 50c is too high. Whats your load temps? Have you tweaked your fan curve? Play some heavy gfx game or run some maxed out heaven loops and see yor max gpu/vrm temps through gpuz. Then report back.
