Windows 8 and Ubuntu 13.04 Dual Boot

Hey Guys,

I have installed Windows 8 on my PC, it has been great so far. I wiped my 2TB Internal HDD and my 128GB SSD when I installed Windows 8, this created a problem, I looked into my Disk Management application and saw this problem, I had the ~60GB for Ubuntu, but know this looks like a single un-partitioned drive.

Bump, I really want to get my Linux Dual Boot up so I can start coding, studying and working on Linux again.

Would it be safe if I deleted the ~60GB file? When I press 'explore' on the smaller file it brings be to the same HDD as when I press 'explore' on the ~1.8TB file
