I have one question about RAID, can I RAID the 1 month old HDD with new buyed HDD? Want to RAID SSD with same question

Yes, they just need to be the same size (otherwise the larger one will only have the usable portion of the smaller one, i.e. if you have 1x 500GB + 1X 750GB and RAID 0 then you'll have 1TB )

Hmm... Other example, I use 240GB SSD as boot drive. But, I've buy same 240GB SSD for RAID. So I want RAID my SSD with used SSD just few month. Is it possible?

you'll have to wipe(back up) your old drive first of course.

Actually it depends, with Intel board you can migrate from a single drive to multiple drives in RAID 0, 1, 5, or 10 while keeping the data of a single drive.
