They actually had one out within a week that fixed most things, then another update not too long (as well as AMD updating) to get everything else good.
It really is hypocritical though to not give some time for updates on new releases before calling one side or the other. As long as AMD doesn't wait until June for an update no harm done, game is still playable on AMD cards, and will be even better with an update.
I'm hoping that the 600 series gets dropped in price a bit after the 700 release. Or at least people start getting rid of their old 600 series cards for cheaper as I'd like to go SLI here soon for Metro and some of the "next gen" games that will be forthcoming.
