Best Folding Option for Me?

Thread Starter
Hello guys, after numerous experiments, I'm now fully confuzzled with folding. So here's my hardware configuration:
CPU: i7-3770K @ 4.5GHz
GPU: Sapphire 7950 OC @ 1.05GHz
Memory: 16GB 1866MHz

All of the components are liquid cooled with a custom cooling system.

Now I'm getting a PPD of 115K, with 7 threads on CPU and 100% on GPU. According to people on the internet, it's really not that much. I'm looking to get around 150K.

Is it a good idea to run CPU folding in VM and GPU folding on native Windows? Or is there a better way to increase my PPD?

Yes fold on your i7 in a VM.
