MX279H Eyefinity Monitor Gap issue - Need help

I recently purchased 3xAsus MX279H monitors for $314 each in the hopes of running them in Eyefinity mode. I love the look of these but I noticed the lower corner of the monitors have a trim that causes a gap in the monitors. I didnt know if this is a common issue or easily correctable or if I should be looking at another monitor in the same price range. Below is a picture of the issue, looking for suggestions from your experiences.
