Valid point for sure. However, I trust 4A so much that there was not even a question in my mind about a pre-order. I placed pre-order in December 2012. Another example is FC3 Blood Dragon, pre-ordered as soon as I knew about it. I know when a game is worth a price tag and I pre-order in such case, especially when Green Man offers it for $38. But Colonial Marines never interested me, I knew its not a purchase for me. That game was so enormously hyped, so much good talk about it, it was almost obvious it would not live up to it. With Last Light it boils down to that I know for a fact 4A will not disapoint and put out a great game. That is what I mean by knowing it will be a day one buy.
