HTPC Airflow Design/Fan Placement

I have the Cooler Master CM 360 computer case for my HTPC laying flat.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119195

My graphics card was beginning to run hot lately so i cut a 120mm intak hole on the left side to help with cooling. This has helped with the VGA temps, but because the hard drives are stuffed in the bottom right corner, they recieve no airflow. I am going to mod my case to use the Coolermaster 4in3:

With this design, I would have 1 intake on the left, 1 intake on the front, one intake on the the top(side panel if it were upright) and only one exhaust on the right. I have thought about using the top(side panel) as an exhaust as well, but I have a downward blowing cpu cooler. How do you guys think i should set up my fans? Heres a paint drawing of what I was thinking:
(note: th fan in the center is blowing up out of the case, not towards the rear

I reccomand you to switch the bottom fan to outtake.
My design is 2 intakes 2 exhaust

I suggest trying
*Both sides intake
*Turn cooler fan to suck out of cooler (I found with my AXP-100 fan blew into cooler>mobo>GPU/RAM/etc.>up cooler sides>sucked back into fan)
*Top exhaust
*Front intake.

Air in sides to cool. CPU cooler pulling air out of cooler and top sucking hot exhaust out of case.

You case has plenty of venting for any surplus airflow from intakes to get out.
