Need Opinions On A New PSU I Ordered

Thread Starter
This should be arriving at my door tomorrow. http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817703006

Its more than I wanted to pay, and I really wanted a modular unit but I heard this was a good company so I went for it. Did I make a good choice?

Also, a completely unrelated question - I also ordered two WD Raptors and Im going to set up XP on them so should I put all of my Bios settings back to default before I do or is it okay to leave my cpu OC'd? TIA.

Agreed. Good choice. And I would just bump the OC down to be safe. Sometimes XP will corrupt during install if you have overclocked components.

You made a great choice on the PSU

I'd set everything back to stock but that's just me... if your 8+ hours blend stable then it's probably okay to leave the CPU OCed

Thanks for the replies. I was getting kind of worried because I was skimming through threads looking at everyones PSU and not many seem to have it. I was hoping there wasnt a bad reason why.
