How can I know if the drivers from my motherboard CD are not corrupt

Thread Starter
So I copied drivers from my motherboard CD, but the CD is scratched. My PC did copy them without any read-errors. But can there be any chance my files are corrupted? I did install the drivers and all installation finished without any errors or warning. I have been using my PC for a week now and It seems to be working fine without any troubles

If the CD was scratched it would not have let you install drivers.

Because CD's are made when product is new they usually
never get updated. To get most recent Drivers it is recommended
to get updates for all your devices from the manufacturers web-site.
Need more information let me know.

Yes you will be okay...
Enjoy your computer thumb.gif

I'm pretty sure that most install programs have CRC checks, so if the files on disc were corrupted you would have been notified during installation.
