Did you clean off all of the glue from the PCB and IHS to make the IHS sit as low as possible on the die? This is what should make it possible to beat Intel's original TIM.
Intels original tim on the ivy bridge processor is terrible

CLP for the die and indigo extreme is on it's way for the IHS. I am thinking about either lapping my block or getting a new one along with a new.......well....everything.
i just saw a video about lapping, unfortunately i dont want to have to clean and reapply the CLU i used on my 3770k
