I dont like how the connectors glow up on the Leadex one, looks too rice-y to me.

Can anyone in this thread give me advice on 850W PSU's that are quiet under my budget of $150, thank all for the great suggestions but they are well OVER my budget and i cannot afford them. So if there are no other choices, can anyone suggest to me to pick the Corsair PSU or the Seasonic PSU?

I guess i mentioned i wanted three 670 FTW's and im getting lots of >$150 PSU's.... so how about just TWO video cards and a CPU? Are there no other competition brands with the similar price point of $120-140 against the Corsair TX850m or Seasonic M12ii (besides that other really nice Seasonic that was recommended that was like 20 bucks more)

There is a 800 watts version of the Newton R3 if you did not see

There is also a 850 watts version of the both the NZXT HALE 90 V1 and V2

You want super quiet there is the Be Quiet Dark Power Pro P10 only problem is its overpriced

Also i did not review any of it myself if i had the money i would but i dont

I saw that but i could not find a 850w Newton in stock anywhere, one for 330 dollars on this random website. The NZXT Hale looks nice, but theyre out of my price range since theyre fully modular (even 24pin/8pin) so the price is definitely driven up. I agree, the Be Quiet Dark Power Pro looks nice but it is indeed overpriced.

I guess the Corsair PSU and Seasonic PSU is the only one in my price range. Do you know anything about these two specific units? nobody has told me anything about these units...... are they good or bad?

Is that a TR2 you got there?

And is there nothing from the list you can find that is not overpriced other then those Corsair and Seasonic units

Yep. Its the loudest thing ever. mad.gif

Looks like around my price range, those two units are the only ones that look good to me. Sorry, i thought there were more around the 80 plus bronze range that were as reliable as Corsair or Seasonic. I think i might go with the Corsair instead of the Seasonic because some people on other threads are talking about the M12II and theyre saying its loud.... where as on the Corsair..... nobodys complaining.... is that a better choice ?

What you have is so bad almost ANYTHING is better if you cant find anything else the M12II is decent enough

Sory to say but your PSU sucks and is a deathtrap

Looks like i missed out on the sale on the Corsair at my local store. I will be buying this Rosewill Capstone 750w PSU off of amazon/newegg instead.
