You can indeed have an ODD+HDD+SSD in an ISK 300-150. The HDD and SSD have to be normal 2.5". One of the drive bays is limited to 9.5mm, while the other one can hold 12mm drives (not sure about 15mm drives though). ODD need to be "slim" notebook style.

Graphics cards need to be single slot and low profile, and cannot require an additional power plug . The best GPU currently available in such a form factor is the Radeon 7750. Not all of them are such form factors, so you have to shop carefully. Examples:
This 7750 is normal sized and dual slot
This 7750 is low profile (comes with brackets) but the cooler makes it dual slot
This 7750 is low profile and single slot <--- this one fits (there are many other brands/models that fit as well, just shop carefully)
