How many of us basically STILL call a 680 a bad value compared to other cards? Even during launch and a few months later, BEFORE AMD drivers stepped it up, I still saw the general consensus was a 680 is a waste and jut get the 670 since the price difference so much larger than the performance difference. While we still have people who just want top performance so I think going with a 770 @ 450 and the 780 650 with the Titan at the top makes more sense.

Again hope for all of our wallets I hope you guys are right, I just don't think it's realistic. With the lead NV has they should charge $650 and then undercut AMD when they launch.

680 IMO was a bad value because the 670 was 100 dollars cheaper and percentage points behind.

exactly

I had GTX 680, and when, later, I took the GTX 670, I realized that the 680 was not worth anything, as with many games, with these 2 cards overclocked, the difference was ridiculous.

Any official word from Nvidia, it is less then a week before launch, when are they going to announce it? At what time did they officially make a statement of 600?

You expect them to announce the cards before the official announcement? Seems logical smile.gif
