First time builder - seeking your advice!

Hello Everyone - first time poster long timer reader!
I've been gaming ever since I can remember and I've finally decided that it was time for me to try and build my own gaming rig.
Here's the build I had in mind
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XsvJ
I would like to know if this build would work together, what you think of it and if it would actually fit into the Case I've chosen.

Thanks!

Looks fantastic! I would switch the GTX 680 to a 7970 simply because its faster, but the 680 will still max everything and then you can also use custom shaders. I would also switch the samsung 840 to the 840 pro simply because SPEEEED!!!!

But yes everything will fit in the case without a problem.

PS: Be prepared for like 20 people to tell you AUUG YOU PICKED A SLIGHTLY OVERPRICED PSU THATS TOO LARGE AUUUUUG!!!!

I have good experience with the EVGA cards, so I'll stay with the one chosen.
The reason why I chose this psu is so that I can add more or better stuff later on if I so desire.
I wanted to build my own pc, because I wanted to get the right components and be able to upgrade as I please.

Highly appreciate the feedback and I would certainly like some more of it, and I wouldn't mind a few tips as this is my first time ever building a computer.

Edit: I will be looking into the 840 pro!

Yeah, I like having far too much psu for expandability.

Tips for a first timer, get thermal paste, GET ZIPSTRAPS (make sure they are the same color as the motherboard tray, just looks neater). Modular is your friend, if you can afford it.

I understod that there would already be thermal paste on the h100i.
thanks for the zipstraps tip, I will be looking into that.

There is, but its just nice to have just in case you don't seat the cooler correctly the first time. Also a good quality paste will yield better temps. Someone else on the forum can tell you a good paste.
