overclock help

So I am trying to overclock and i followed the overclock guide and everything and when i saved and restarted and fully loaded into windows it still says im clocked at the save speeds....So i though i made a mistake. Well 12 times later it still wont overclock any suggestions?

I5-3550K
Asus Maximus V Formula Z77
Liquid Cooled- custom loop
32G Corsair Vengeance
2X Corsair force 3 250G in Raid 0
Corsair 860AX power supply

To just let you know, i5 3550k doesn't exist

What are you using to check the speeds? You should check with CPU-Z or RealTemp with your system under load (Prime95 or IntelBurnTest).
