Good $1500 DX-10 build ?

I can only afford about $1500 and not much more. I could buy a 7 series card and better ram and wait 7 or 8 months and build an all out rig but I'm tired of waiting. Below is the build I'm considering. I know there are a lot of you that have much more building experience than I so I hope you will recommend to me what I should buy. I'm buying a whole new rig including keyboard, mouse, speakers etc. I'll probably get the Z-5500 5.1 speakers, Logitech gaming keyboard and mouse. I'd like SLi capability for future upgrade (but is it worth it) and a case that will allow me room for a water setup too.

Swap the mobo for a Biostar TForce 965PT (What I recommend) or a Gigabyte S3.

I've heard good and bad things about that cooler, but not sure. I'd go with the Typhoon VX if it was me.

Looks good though.
