SSD Bracket Needed?

Will I need to purchase a bracket in order to have my 64GB Crucial M4 SSD in this HTPC case?
There are some HDD / SSD brackets that come included with my Corsair Carbide Series 500R case but I don't know if they will fit inside the Apex case?

Thanks,

All those brackets do is to widen the 2.5 inch drive to 3.5" drive width. So, if you have a place for an extra 3.5" drive you can place it there. SSDs, being non mechanical and with no moving parts are not sensitive to movement so you can put them anywhere you want. I stuck mine with a small peace of double sticky tape to a bottom of the tray in the air stream so they stay cool and that's all.

Indeed, not needed at all.

Heck my M4 is just "hanging in the air" in my case tongue.gif

It's just plugged into the power and sata cable. And thos cables are stiff enough to keep the SSD upwards tongue.gif

Some people place it at the backpanel out of sight.

No need to do the extra cost

Just stick it anywhere tongue.gif Mine's currently hanging on the side of my case attached by 2 screws, before that it was stuck on with double sided tape.
