Zigmatek Proeton LD963 is 3x 6mm pipes & 90mm fan 115w rated

Compare Proeton to CoolerMaster Vortex Plus is 4x 6mm pipes & 90mm fan. 33% more diameter pipe area but same short pipes.

Compare Poeton to Zigmatek HDT-S1284F is 4x 8mm pipes & 120mm fan. 78% more diameter pipe area and longer pipe radiator area by 30mm for more cooling. Way better cooler.

XIGMATEK PRAETON is worse than the two you say, right? But if i cant find those two in stock, will XIGMATEK PRAETON be OK for me, as of silence?

Praeton review I posted was for a 4x 6mm pipe and this one is 3x 6mm. Not same cooler.

New review shows Praeton as 5c cooler and Apache III as 4c cooler than stock on 65w CPU. You have a 77w CPU so similar. Fan speed is about same so similar noise.
http://hardwarebbq.com/hwreviews/intel-65w-tdp-cpu-coolers-round-up-noctua-nh-l9i-xigmatek-praeton-apache-iii-and-intel-stock-cooler-2/8/

The best is the Xigmatek HDT-S1284F. Is it possible for website company to have one brought in from one of their other store who show it in stock? To go to another cooler means price goes up again to 120 TL range. mad.gif

I got you.

I called the company and asked if they can bring it from their other branch. And he said in their other branches they have only one XIGMATEK HDT-S1284F and thats an exhibition product, not for sale.

So i asked him about Vortex Plus, he said he can bring it from another city but it will take at least a week.

They do have the standard COOLER MASTER VORTEX 211Q in stock (not plus) and COOLER MASTER X DREAM i117 INTEL LGA 775/1155/1156

I am thinking of an alternative way. Remember i told you that if i dont like the product, i can give back and get another one in 15 days?

In the comments of this simple cooler : COOLER MASTER X DREAM i117 INTEL LGA 775/1155/1156 , the people always say that its silent. Let me buy this one or Vortex 211Q first and verify if it is enough silent for me.

If it is not, then i will order Vortex Plus from the other city

Actually on Cooler master website, it writes that Xdream is 19 dba and vortex is 20 dba. Shall i just buy XDream? I won't overclock, so my only question is : Will it just not exceed the recommended top degree celcius said by the CPU maker, under %100 CPU load?

Xdream now? Or Vortex now? Or shall i just order Vortex plus and wait?

I will do what you recommend.

Thanks..

19dBA or 20dBA.. you will not be able to hear the difference.

As for cooling it depends on how hot your room will get in the summer. If cooler keeps CPU 60c in 21c room it will be 70c in 31c room.

No problem. Glad to help.

If it isn't enough maybe try to get the Zigmatek HDT-S1284F. It really is that much better and it is PWM fan.

To me coolers are a long term investment because the can be used for many years on different CPU's.
